Elif ÖZBEK

Elif was born in 1992 in Izmir, she spent her childhood years in the quiet sea town of Bodrum, intertwined with nature. She has crayons with her in all his memories of herself. With her interest in painting, she started her art education at the age of 10-13 by taking painting lessons.

Having won a scholarship at the university and started to study mathematics, Elif quits, two years later and prepares for fine arts. Between 2014-2019, she completed his undergraduate education at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Fine Arts, Painting Department. During this period, he participated in many exhibitions, wall painting groups and events. They formed a collective group and organized home exhibitions. Two of these are house exhibitions named "Upper House I" and "Upper House II". In 2019, she did her internship at the art gallery Galería Maxó in Barcelona with the Erasmus+ program. At the end of this process, she organized her first solo exhibition, “Destabilized Mind”. Returning to Bodrum, Elif continues her productions on spirituality and color harmony with her abstract and expressive attitude.
