NURAY EKİM ATMACA

She was born in Akcaabat Trabzon . She studied art and garaduated from the Blacksea Technical University.

             In her works, she is trying to investigate nature and brings a different perspective to it. To improve and develop her line of vision she is always exploring current researches. In her sense art acts as a universal language. In her works of art the colours, harmony, stain and texture comes to the forefront. Her solo exhibition was in 2013. She has joined and participated in many group exhibitions. She is a postgraduate student at the Trabzon University in department of fine arts. She is a member of the plastic arts association. She continious her works in her own atelier.

ABOUT HER ART
Stain, texture, balance and harmony come to the fore in her works. Inward reflections are seen in the works which light and refreshing colours are used.In her composition the intertwined pentures, overlapping layers, stylized figures and landscape interpretations draw attention.

Soft curved forms and symbolic characters have been used in the worksincluding post impressionist traces.Colour says I am here. Tissue occupies an important place on the surface.Nature is the source of inspiration. Interpretation of nature turns into stains and colors. Looking for peace in chaos forms basic of her researches andessays. The artist strives to push her limits and add herown personality to her paitings. What she sees or cannot see in her works; She tries to find and reflect the balance in nature, behind, in front and in her soul.
